The Weblog Awards are over, and Blogs of War was the deserving winner in my category, "Best of the Top 501-1000 Weblogs." That was pretty much the case from day one. I jokingly said at the start that I'd be honored to finish last, but really, who wants to finish last? The point was, it's an honor to simply be nominated.
