More Kelo Fallout

Via Jeff at Protein Wisdom and MuD & PHuD, there will apparently be a rally against the Kelo decision in New London, CT at City Hall on July 5th at 6 PM, for those interested in this affront to private property rights.

Supreme Court Justice David Souter's home in Weare, NH can become a luxury hotel.  I'm hoping they'll put in a golf course - I'd definitely visit.  The Lost Liberty Hotel; maybe they can name the course Souter Dunes.

New York has a claim in on New Jersey - works for me.  Maybe they should claim Connecticut while they're at it.  The Governator wants Nevada.  (Hat tip: Kevin Aylward)
