Jackson Not Guilty

I've had very little interest in this trial.  In fact, my one and only other post mentioning the trial was written to indicate just that.  (I'll locate the link later.)

I do have one observation, however.  Would those who complained about the make-up of the jury, insinuated that racism would affect their ability to carefully consider the charges and the testimony and the facts of the case, please apologize and say that yes, in fact, an all-white jury can fairly evaluate the case against a black defendant?  I hope that we never again have to hear that race is a factor in cases like this.

Of course, the Supreme Court failed to take note of this, deciding that question differently in cases before them today.
